Our program under the aegis of the  Fondation du Patrimoine

                                                 

The Fondation du Patrimoine is a body of recognized public interest which for the past 14 years has been working to defend and develop heritage. Today the Fondation du Patrimoine, supported by its 24 regional branches, supports hundreds of projects that prioritize “local heritage”. It also awards a label which qualifies the owners of unclassified monuments to benefit from financial assistance for restoration work.

                                             
The Fondation Culturespaces has chosen to conduct its activities under the aegis of the Fondation du Patrimoine. Not least because our activities complement each other and because we share the same passion for heritage. This initiative carries a message: protecting our heritage certainly involves restoring structures that are in danger. It is also important to develop policies that promote access to culture for children who don’t have easy access, to raise awareness of the need to preserve our heritage, to pass on cultural and historical knowledge to young people and to organise activities that bring our cultural sites to life for everyone.
                                     
The patronage from the Fondation du Patrimoine association is a guarantee of the personal investment and generosity of Fondation Culturespaces in serving the public interest, managing its projects with transparency and ethics. It also means that donors will enjoy the same tax benefits as donors to charities who are recognised under French Law as “public utility associations”.
