Culturespaces has seven specialised departments to help the heritage become accessible to the modern world:

- Reception, Outfitting, Bookshop and Restaurant Department,

- Central merchandizing for the bookshops
Culturespaces is a team of approximately 200 qualified individuals whose main concern is to provide the best possible service to our clients.
All site personnel regularly takes part in visitor reception and assistance training courses.
Together, the headquarters and site teams of Culturespaces are proud to participate in the preservation of national heritage and the transmission of European culture and its values to visitors from around the world.
