Delegated Management (B.O.T.)
For a period of up to 25 years, Culturespaces has been entrusted with the management and the development of the entire establishment, with all its risk, within the scope of a public service concession contract adapted to the heritage management domain.
Culturespaces co-finances exploitation, develops visitors’ attendance, collects receipts, supports expenses and pays a fee allocated to conservation and to large construction or restoration projects, which remain the responsibility of the owners. This formula is currently being used for sites with attendance of at least 150,000 visitors yearly.

Management Mandate
Culturespaces provides management staff and development of the heritage, on behalf of its proprietor, for at least 10 years on a renewable basis.
Culturespaces provides professional management services supported by its specialised staff and network, and transmits all its knowledge. There is a fixed remuneration as well as a share of profits.
